Electricians from Leigh Electrical recently completed this EICR electrical inspection report for a landlord in Grays, Essex.

The landlord was looking to comply with new legislation which requires landlords to have the electrical systems in their property at the end of tenancy.

The inspection was booked in for a time convenient for the landlord and our electricians met him on site and commenced a thorough testing of the property.

As is typical with 3 bedroom house tests, the whole test took approximately 3 hours from start to finish and once completed, the report complied and logged with the NICEIC and a copy sent to the landlord.
